Funny as it is... tbh you actually see alot more FPS games now heading out to Wii consoles these days even though as hard as they are to control IMO but hey why not give it a shot i reckon

Not worth it tbh, but yes the Wii is a real console, and a legitimate Seventh gen Console at that
Those stating that it isn't should go consult a Online Sales index comparing the Wii to the other consoles

On an on topic note, I think the release of new titles on the console is only fitting

It is only a matter of time before developers start seeing the Wii for the potential that it has
I own all the next gen consoles and most of the older ones and I have to admit, hesitant as I was at first there is definitely merit to playing a FPS on the Wii
My Wife and I are currently playing Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles and it is actually a lot of fun, superior to all current lightgun games on other consoles at present, including time Crisis 3 on PS3
So often those stating that the Wii is not a proper console base their opinions solely on the Wii sports package they demoed or played somewhere, this is not a true representation of the console , just like Viva Pinata is not a true representation of the Xbox 360

The same goes for any console , if you play bad games on one, it will have an effect on your perception of the actual console
