I would hope they should. I guess this goes with a similar question I had. My Battle.net account has two World of Warcraft accounts - US and EU. Now obviously they are both attached to my same battle.net username/password. I presume if I had a US client for WoW it would automatically go to the US account?

but yah. that is slightly different to this question. - I am just wondering what happens when SC2 is relased like Wow currently is and you have two types attached to a single Battle.net account.
