All consoles have HDMI, but the Elite ships with a cable as well as having the connection. And yeah, some people have modded theirs but there is work involved, but it voids your warranty (as far as I know) and MS usually bans those people from XBL.
Oh ok my bad... I dont see the point in paying that much extra... Why do they get banned from xbl tho? Cant you transfer data from one hdd to another so you can log on with your original, get your stuff and transfer it to the bigger drive?
They ban those people because they couldn't make a sale. That's how MS is.
