What's your iBurst reception like? I'm also on iBurst, and play internationally over Xbox LIVE all the time without trouble. I do, however, live only a few blocks from an iBurst base station, so my signal is great.
There's definitely something odd on your tracert there, though. The hop to international is taking ages for some reason.
well On my modem I get 5 green bars, my ping isn't so bad, I can play heroes of newerth quite fine with the occasional lag, when I play Unreal Tournament 3 or COD5 I get the borderline on unplayable bad lag to playable lag. When I play cod6 I cannot join any servers . so I would say I've got a okay-ish to good-ish reception however sometimes it can get quite bad...
I'd recommend boosting your signal with an antenna or something then. On local servers, I play with pings ranging from 65-90ms, which is perfectly playable with no discernible lag. If you're not getting that, you need to sort something out.
Your issue with CoD6 is likely unrelated to your signal, though - it sounds like you have a closed NAT. I wrote a guide to configuring your router for this a while back. Check it out and see if it helps you.
