as with my previous post,
unlike coffee, that defuses at 90C, it's best to use freshly boiled water for this. do not prod the tea bag, as it will break the leaves, giving it a bitter tasteI let it brew, undisturbed for a maximum of 10 minutes. I start to taste the paper afterwards (and it tastes gross). Unless you're using a tea infuser.
