Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus was announced during Bethesda's E3 media briefing — it will be released on October 27.

A reveal trailer reveals that The New Order's protagonist, B.J. Blazkowicz survived the events of the first game, the game follows him attempting to foment a revolution against the US-occupying Nazi regime.

Bethesda teased a new Wolfenstein game at last year's E3 with a now-infamous boot-up sequence. The sequence led to the reveal of Quake Champions but mentioned several Bethesda properties. Wolfenstein: The New Order was released in 2014. A standalone expansion, called The Old Blood, was released the following year.
