Coz it generally happens shortly after cs:go goes on sale. Idiots buy multiple copies for cheating purposes, and vac nails them...

That plus they do ban waves for tactical reasons (lol). They don't want the cheaters to work out what tripwire they snagged...so even detection doesn't lead to instant ban.
