Nice stories :P
Thunderfuck is epic. That guy (Hybridpanda, I think) is an amazing PvPer as well, the first Ele Shaman...next to myself...who can actually do arena. I also can't wait for Cataclysm to put PvP back to where it used to be...change, sure, but don't make it so gear and burst dependent.

I don't suppose that can ever be fixed without making all the classes as homogenized and analogous as possible, which would be even worse. still, it's testament to the fact that if you want to enjoy pvp in this game and be competitive, you have to roll one of a VERY specific set of classes (frost mage, arms warrior, disc priest/resto druid, or sub rogue).
Right...or, you could go Resto/Ele/Enh Shaman, Holy/Ret Pal, Feral Druid, Shadow Priest, Lock, Hunter, DK Or anything else I missed out. Arms and disc and resto and rogue are easy classes to clock -- maybe not at a high level, but you can go a while before skill catches up with you. Other classes are harder or less practiced. Like everyone knows that every Rogue always opens with Cheap Shot and then Kidney Shots and then they see Rupture so obviously Rupture is right and Crippling Poison and...Sadly that kind of works, but it's known.

No one knows how to CC as an Ele Shaman. No one knows how to survive other melee classes as an Enh Shaman. No one knows how to effectively kill someone in 2v2 as Ret Pally. But god damnit, when you meet them they are good. They're amazing -- I mean, fake casts, spells you ignored are the bulk of what they do. I saw a Hunter who feigned and interrupted and bursted with such speed and so well I was fucked.
