Cards for South Africa, a fan-made and crowdsourced version of the Cards Against Humanity game localised for South Africa, is aiming for an October launch.

They have black cards that have some 'fill in the blanks' or just a question, then you use the white cards to fill in the blanks or answer the question. Don't play if you are easily offended, as the cards are designed to be offensive
