I hope she enjoys it. Did she play the previous one?

She actually doesn't game.
She's played a couple here and there, but I don't think so. This is her favourite so far. Only played 30mins last night.
I'm gonna encourage her to play. Be nice to have the same hobby for once

So I'm way behind here, but I've just finished replaying Tomb Raider (2013) and will now be moving onto the MyGame challenge of Rise of the Tomb Raider - looking forward to it.

It's a good game! I hope you guys get some time to play it.

Especially you DarthMol. You'll know better which of the two games are the best. I thought the first one was a better game but played it a couple of years ago.

Who has two thumbs and finished RotTR?

<-- THIS GUY!

Ended up with 90% "completeness" and I'm going back to revisit some areas where I have challenges and collectibles missing. I did manage to finish all optional tombs before finishing the game. I see I missed the one challenge in the Himalayas, so I can't 100% the game, sadly.

I enjoyed playing through Tomb Raider but didn't quite enjoy it as much as the first time - however I feel that was partly because so much of the game was so memorable from the first time so it's not really a fault in that regard. I did play a quicker run through of the game the 2nd time round though, not bothering too much with the collectables. Whereas now with RotTR being the first time I find I'm more inclined to go exploring.

RotTR looks really good, but I can also say the the 2013 reboot still looks good too!

Hit 50% this weekend, and considering we're about half way through, so I'm happy.

My wife is at about 15%.
I'm setting my 360 up in a spare room as she is hogging the console

Taking my time, haven't really been playing it. Last time I played I got to the part where I got the combat shotgun, dunno what % that is though
