    got mine for R150 lol. Looks amazing! Reckon Sony will probably add another R300 or so to price for this.

    Indeed, I've seen many an idiot being taken in by the very expensive cables thinking it will work "better" when tests have shown it works the same!

    I was pretty pissed when I bought my PS3 and had to fork out R 200 for a 5m HDMI cable.

    Precisely, the R40 cable plugged into my PS3 is doing fine with perfect picture quality, if you want to pay more for a cable go for it.
