Default EA Sports Active qualifies as an "Official Workout"

EA Sports Active is actual, proper, real exercise, says official study

Science proves that jogging on the spot, doing squats is a workout

So then technically speaking the Wii Fit and Wii Sports and all that are in actual fact not games at all they are sorry excuses for being too lazy to actually go to a proper gym... because honestly I could not see myself using a Wii for anything else other than if im too lazy to go to a Virgin Active and get boosted there from all equipment they have to offer

Therefore saying that the Wii is in actual fact not a console but an extremely cheap and apparently effective gym haha...

To be fair, gyms simply don't appeal to everyone. I keep in shape at home on an exercise bike myself, mostly because I find gyms intimidating. And almost invariably too hot.

Personally I prefer actual sports, something to take my mind off the actual exercise part. Like tennis and hacky-sack.

You get the exercise without realising it.
