Same here all international sites down and out even some local sites. Cant connect to anything but google hoo.

Ok so we all know that the Seacom cable is broken again but does anybody know why locally hosted sites would be affected?

Because every time something like this happens then everyone panics & changes which kills all the balancing & optimization.

Also, Mweb has blocked various ports as an emergency measure...even if its local.
