    Default SmsrtPhone recommendations??

Hi guys any phone recommendations. My iphone 4S is not powerful enough to run the apps I need for work (freelance film) Need DJI and various phone camera apps.
My budget is R2000 but could be pushed to R2500 if necessary.

Anyone tried Doogee, Ulefone, Xiaomi? The specs are great but not sure how long they would last? My Iphone is a tank, 3 years no problems.

I've been looking around for 3 months now and just can't decide what to go for.

I have the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Have had it for six months now and have been VERY impressed with it so far. I cannot comment on how good it would be for your applications but the battery is fantastic and the overall performance of the phone has been really good. Updates still roll out regularly for the OS and software. I have not felt like the OEM software is extremely intrusive or annoying as far as these things go. The glass on the screen does scratch easily so be sure you have a screen protector.
