Well I haven't but apparently its possible to do it incorrectly.



There was also this joke about this guy that sat in the office everyday with headphones on. One day his boss came in and ripped them off demanding to know what the guy was listening to. "Breath in, breath out..." the sound played. The guy was lying on the ground dead.
