RocketBoy's wife is a professional chocolatier. She has her own shop and makes THE kiefest things!
I got her to bake him a "Portal Cake" for his burpday and it looked exactly like in the game. She also happens to make the most awesome truffles and random things using proper belgian chocolate.
Lindt and ferrero rochier etc. taste boring compred to her stuff.
Chilli-Chocolate is very nice, but for an even nicer and more softer flavour, try Lindt's Chocolate with a dash of Sea Salt. It's a dark chocolate (like the one used for chilli-chocolate) but it has some fine sea rock-salt in it. It really enhances the flavour of the chocolate and adds such a nice depth to the flavour.
Speaking of odd chocolates. I really like the show called Willy's Wonky Chocolate Factory. It's on BBC Life and it's about this english fellow that's started up his own chocolate business from scratch, from actually growing and harvesting the cacao beans overseas to making the final product.
He uses chocolate in so many new ways. Especially in savoury cooking...it's amazing to see where chocolate can be used.
Honestly guys, chocolate can be used in MANY forms of cooking. It's a very wrong mindset to have in believing that chocolate is only used for sweet deserts. The quicker you lose that mindset, the quicker you'll notice how versatile chocolate really is.
My ignore list: growing too fast to keep updating.
Does this have anything to do with Hot_Chocolate?
