In 2007 Microsoft revealed a timeline of the 360 processing system lifespan, the mentioned zephyr, falcon, opus, jasper and valhalla. Valhalla seemed the most interesting as it's specifications stated that it will have a 65nm combined CPU/GPU processor (Kinda like the EE+GS cpu in the slim ps2's), looking @ the newly pictured slim 360 it appears as if the valhalla chipset is present in 45nm form (especially since the release of the slim coincides with the late 2009 early 2010 release dates the valhalla was given. clearly the slim does contain the Hybrid processor how will the compatibilty hold up ? as we know when sony released the slim ps2 alot of ps1 titles and 1st generation ps2 titles had alot of compatibility issues with the EE+GS, will the same apply to the new 360 ? lets hope it dont.
