Fallout: New Vegas release date announced

Among the plethora of announcements from E3 comes the Fallout: New Vegas release date.

Expectations are high for this title, as it will have to live up to the standard set by its well received predecessor, Fallout 3. Obsidian Entertainment is at the helm of the production, a team lead by veteran RPG developers who had previously worked with the Black Isle team to deliver classics such as Fallout 2 and Baldur's Gate.
