Duke Nukem Forever - back to haunt you
Hi guys.
Ive been following Duke Nukem Forver , since , well , forever.
For those of you who forgot about Duke Nukem Forever , it was announced back in 19 voetsek.
The delays where due to jumping 3d engines and the project leader being a perfectionist and completely nuts. (Im Looking at you George)
Now you all know what a big hit Duke3d was , and all that money made 3drealms lazy as hell ,
they had no deadline and pools of money they could swim in, this made them delay and then delay some more.
Its been over a decade , 3d realms ran out of money and went to take2 , hat in hand , asking for some money , which was refused.
Now to cut to the chase , there was a court case and 3d realms and take2 sued each other (how like America)
The lawsuit has been settled , there might yet be hope for the most over hyped under delivered game in history , to actually see the light of day.
It might be months or years , or maybe another decade from now , but its still alive ,
like some ancient evil alien race heading to earth at light speed from some distant planet ..
All I can say is , It would make good business sense to finish it , it will sell , and we will all believe again that miracles do happen.
