...so i've found this "help full looking npc" lol i now have only two words for darkfall beautiful and unforgiving. you start off with just a kitchen knife to put it plain and that is it no nothing except that. then your initial quest is keel dem kobalts...lol. if you survive initial contact you might be lucky and get a piece of armour from it. after 4 keels you go back if not dead you will be half dead by this time and receive some gp with a chest and pants piece. enough gp to buy more armour or a staff as i did. since you can't cast without one.
as i said, the egine is a beauty and it's smooth without the AOC or MO lag they have. not quite sure if this is the game i will be playing if 14 days are over, not because it is kak or related, but due to it's pure unforgiving and level of pvp it involves. yep no safe zone, no guards that enforce order. here in darkfall you the player enforce or obey the rules. going to be one tough ride with that and full loot.
all in all, i can say that they have come a far way since it's initial launch and all the issues it had back then.
