    MS knows nothing about entertainment? They were the first to bring out a full library of games this gen. They were also the first to bring Netflix to a console. I say don't underestimate them like Sony did. For newcomers, MS are doing pretty well.

    Yes, but after the original hype this created, I seems like Kinect is now a desperate attempt to delay the development of a new console.

    I think most people are aware of the fact that the Kinect (and Sony's Move, for that matter) is merely Microsoft's response to the Wii. It's not really innovation, it's just a way they sought to make money. For some reason, I think they Kinect might actually do pretty well because even if it isn't that different, it is still a step up from the Wii so casual gamers (who have long since forgotten about their dusty Wii's under their beds) will probably take a dip into this... for a few hours.... then get bored of it and wait for the next thing.
