Very expensive. I just put together a very decent rig for R7000. DOn't remember all the specs but here is a quick overview:
Core 2 Duo - 2.66Ghz
4GB DDR2 800 RAM
500GB SATA HDD
A nice case, mouse, keyboard
17" Wide LCD
No Graphics card, but add a few thousand and you have a decent gaming machine that would certainly fall under the budget category.
I'll workout something tonight and post it here.
Im sure I can build a monster rig for around R12 000.
