I remember Soldier of Fortune. I loved the shotgun, I think it was one of the first games I played where you could dismember people.
But yeah, I think the only game I actually felt a little funny playing because of voilence was Manhunt.
LOL
It amazng to see how excited we get about violent games!!
Cod4 isn't exactly a super violent game but I get so excited when I get to shoot a camper in his face with a.50 cal sniper Rifle, Just watching his neck snap back and his lifeless body hitting the ground...Mmmmm
Eat - Sleep - Overclock - Repeat

The effect of violent games on me = Ive become numb to blood and violence..lol!!
Silent hill 1-5, some really violent bits in the series!!
Eat - Sleep - Overclock - Repeat
Hey Joker, with statements like that... no wonder people are blaming gaming for all the kids high school shootings and shit.
People are reading it and not understanding what you are saying and will take it out of context, i.e. "This dude at a forum on the interwebz said he likes shooting people and watching them die and he is numb to blood and violence".
So just be careful, you are a little scary the way you are going on.
(I think it is just big talk anyway and that when you are really caught in a violent / bloody, gory / heads being cut off situation, legs twitching, you will probably hurl your guts out and cry like a baby... for real)
What the mind can conceive, it can achieve.
Wasn't manhunt banned in some countries due to the immense violence?
