    I would have to agree with the study but if your playing online and there is lag that is another story.

    YES!! finally some proof ... people never believed me when i said that gaming helps with stress

    Lets be honest guys, studies from both points of view on this subject are often biased and a huge crock of s**t. Everytime I see one of these studies it reminds me of that Southpark episode where they find KFC prevents cancer and marijuana causes it.
