English Anime can be real of putting if its not done right and normally its licensed so its not legal to download. Japanese is the best way to watch it with the English subs. And you have a problem with the subs going to fast there are a lot of way's of letting it display longer on the screen.

Also the crazy things happening is more Japanese craziness than any American craziness So its really funny in Japanese but looks complete out of play in American English.
