    Jees, I just wanted to know if it was possible. Thanks for the input, gents.
    I'm saving up for an HD 5850. Do you think that the introduction of the 6000 series will bring about a decrease in the 5000 series pricing?

    still can't go wrong with a 5850. good solid card

    Rather get a GTX460 1gb. Its on par with the performance of the 5850 sometimes even better. Its also only R2000 for better performance!

    Thankfully i'll only have to decide in October, Frank. But as far as I can tell, if the prices become anywhere near comparable, I'll go with the ATI option (especially if it has one of Sapphire's kiff little Vapor-X coolers attached).

    he's actually correct, tank. but only in some games. In metro 2033 the HD 5850 is nearly twice as potent as the gtx460!

    IN the dx11 games it does not do as well but in the dx10 games it rapes. Sometimes even better than the GTX465. I am talking about the 1gb version though! I cant wait till i get mine. SLI will work the charm!
