    I think the best rpg's are always under rated.

    Good list, but of course it's missing a few of those gems like FFVII, Vagrant Story, Dark Chronicle, Rogue Galaxy... Maybe there should be a Top 10 Best Underdog RPG's.

    I also believe Deus Ex should be considered an RPG (and put up as one of the best) because when you look at it and Fallout 3 the RPG elements are very similar and Fallout 3 is an RPG.

    Long live Mass Effect 2! What a legend game. That was a good example of what can be achieved when a developer simply improves and corrects the prequel. Mass Effect was good... Mass Effect 2 was awesome.

    It's odd, I own and have played 99% of what is on the list, as well as the readers suggestions

    I am a total RPG nut!

    Personally I think all these "Top Lists" are flawed. Personally while I loved Mass Effect 2, I found it a weak RPG and a great 3rd person action game. Oh well, as long as I get to play them all I am happy.

    Only 4 games of my top corresponds. The bg games,kotor and fallout and 2 of the honorable mentions.

    BTW. Tinman will be happy to know this article got noticed by rpg watch.
