If life was like games it would a hell of a lot more fun.

Any of you old myb members still remember the article about the American Army game. Where the guy saved someone life because of the training you had to go trough before you could play the game.There have also been studies which have pointed out such revelations. The U.S Army uses gaming as a tool for recruitment, which must count for something. Studies have proven that gaming improves spatial awareness, cognitive abilities, problem solving, resource management, teamwork to name just a few.

Depends on the games, I can identify quite a few different guns, aircraft and various other vehicles.

Much like Lupus, I can identify weapons and vehicles easily, but along with that gaming is good training in reflexes and fine motor skills.
The singularity is about to explode! Weapons are at maximum.
If ever I'm faced with having to reload NUMEROUS weapons in RL, I'll be able to.
Although, reloading an AK is actually harder than it looks. Front part of the clip in the receiver FIRST, then clip the back part in!

Old Sierra adventure games taught me English.

And having to constantly fiddle around with an obsolete pc to get games to work also taught me a few pc skills.

I've played many games and I am very keen games, and I have learned to repair and update the game when it fails, I also upgraded my pc so the best can play
