yeh thats what my friend said to me as well... i think its because of being outside alot this weekend has affected my chest and thats why i feel like crap

Well this is the first time i have been sick in about 2yrs so i think my body is reacting quite strongly against the sickness....

That is why your feeling so kak. But seriously if you have a post nasal drip get some nasal spry. Dry up the sinuses and they wont drip thus your throat wont hurt so bad.
