Got mine on Steam too (with the General Knoxx expansion). It was such a good price. I will have to give this GOTY edition a miss.

This is just bad timing. I just bought the game and all the DLC about 2 or 3 weeks. Oh well, it would be better to have all the DLC on one disc.

Actually, it's not all on one disc. :P The GOTY edition comes bundled with download tokens for the DLC.

Interesting. I see they're taking the same road that Assassin's Creed II did with the complete edition, which is a complete bullshit move IMO. The reason some people (I used to be one of those) wait for GOTY editions is that they will include all the DLC on disk format like Oblivion or Fallout 3. Not everybody has internet at home and some of those that do certainly don't have the cap to download all the DLC.

Don't think I will be getting the GOTY then if this is the case as I arleady have all the current DLC and will get the claptrap one as well when it releases. This is especially retarted for the PS3 version as a blu-ray has more than enough space to hold the game and all the DLC.

Thanks for the info Azi. I made the mistake last year of buying the Gears 2 GOTY, thinking I'm bypassing the whole VPN affair...
