    1. Rage does this every year, it has been said and I will say it again. It is your personal responsibility to stay clean, It is just not feasible to provide showers. Where would I put them? Where would people change? Where would all the water go? I can't very well stand them in the parking lot. Over and above that what if I rent 150 showers and no one uses them? Lanners are notoriously lazy...

    2. Guiness will be there to confirm number of up and running lanners, take names down and than gief award and leave

    3. There will be 4 desks checking people in, over and above that I have already taken your guys concerns under advisement and I am doing mock tests to work out how long it will take with one entrance. Need be we make a plan.

    4. Currently we are looking at Cisco Level 3 switches (Full 1GB). Not going into the finer details but that is the intended plan.

Appreciate your interest, your questions are welcome

I'll stand in the parking lot with a hose and wash them down!!! It will only be around June, not THAT cold yet...

As for doing a mock test, just go check out rAge in a months time to see how long it takes. Remember, they power test each PC upon entry which is understandable, but obviously time consuming.

Small other note, will there some kind of trolley system for Lanners to push their PC's in with? Maybe have a R10 rental thing on the first morning? I would pay, that's for sure. Hanging onto a 10-25KG PC and then LCD, bag with K+M etc becomes a bitch while waiting to check in.

You can use that hose on mah car

This is double rage almost. But will be there so will judge. all I am doing is power testing, etc 10 computers and checking the amount of time it takes.

Will look into it, but might organise "porters" that you pay R10 and they carry your case for you.

    1. Tablecloths

If you are holding the lan in june it's going to be cold, those steel fold up tabels always look crap in anyway. Make the place look nice
