I was 15 when Senna died, I know more about his death, watched all the footage, cried my eyes out when it happened - we where at a friends place for a braai and I was watching the race on my own, when the crash happened I started screaming for my dad, telling him Senna is dead, even though at that time we didnt know. I clung to the littlest info and stories to try and convince myself my hero didnt die. To this day I can remember watching the funeral footage.
After he died, I was a Mclaren supporter for a long time, Damon Hill, Hakkinen, Kovalainen, Raikkonen, Kubica and Vettel. Altho I will always have a soft spot for Mclaren, they are no longer the team I support. I cannot support a team who believes in Hamilton.
