Back to your question, if your PC can handle it with good graphics, then that's probably best. If your PC can't and you have a Full HD that wants some attention, Xbox.
I recently upgraded to an E7400 with 4gb of ddr800 - still using my 8600GT though.

I'm trying to increase my new Xbox game range a bit, otherwise my 32" HD lcd would not be used to its full (hence I got tons of racing games and Hawx for it)

I'll spose its all down to pricing then...

Hahahha. Price will be quite different. I paid R700 or R650 for my it on Xbox. PC will probably be between R300 and R400, so you'd save some cash there...

but a lot of peeps are now selling/trading it on Xbox-360.co.za these days so you'll have more luck than bad in getting a good deal.

not really, only decals get affected, but there are gore mods out there.

No but that Wasteland just wouldn't be the same without graphics on full ........ and it's also one game where stuttering just cannot be afforded.

Thats right. The whole visual scene of the game is stunning and it just wouldn't have the same effect with the game either lagging from time to time, or with the graphics turned down.

Get the texture upgrade mods, to make it look much sharper, also get the weather mod, wich replaces the grim yellow/green tint with a much more realistic nuclear fallout-y setting. looks amazing.
