That's what happended with arcania for north american users. They suppose to get it a week later then eu but gamestop broke the street date 3 days before release so it got unlocked.
I am apprehensive about my decision to preorder this. I was going to wait on the steam special for this one. But gave in. Mine is already preloaded.
I am waiting for reviews of this, I heard too many Alpha Protocol horror stories. If it gets some decent reviews and I hear the guyz on here's feedback then ill consider picking it up.
TO be honest, I've never played Fallout (any version) so I can safely say I will not buy this!
