A little off topic but i too suffer with this motion sickness alot, Skyrim absolutely kills me as does oblivion. I can barely play skyrim for an hour and i feel like throwing up and as you said upset stomach, dizziness etc... Not sure what causes it but with my self though i dont get it often while playing BF3... i have felt the motion sickness once or twice in BF3 but 99% of the time i can play all day without it. Would be keen to find out why it affects certain people the way it does.

Well for some people it helps setting a wider FOV. With Skyrim the default is 60 which is way too narrow so depending on your screen size you want to set it to between 75-95, this can be done by opening the console and using the command FOV 90. BF3 you can set the FOV in the options menu.

Proper use of motion blur can also reduce motion sickness.

Thanks, shall give this a go tonight and see if it helps at all, the motion sickness is a huge put off for me. Skyrim is amazing but just cant play it long enough to get anywhere.
