I think that was rigged I can't see how this is real. If so then this guy got the best FPS kill ever!

It is definitely done on an empty server with mates. If it is real, it was practiced a million times tho.
Fake IMO
The chopper doesn't explode, so why would it go straight down? That's not in keeping with the dynamics of the game.
Personally the best way to shoot pilots and gunners out of a chopper in BC2 is by using a SPAS12 shotgun with the slug upgrade and extra damage mod. I've shot at least 3 pilots out of choppers and dozens of gunners without really trying

works best if the squad is spread and you co-ordinate to stagger the shots
