As for upgrading etc, that is the oldest and pretty much only thing consolers always use when arguing the demerits of PC. But, this is NOT a PC vs Console thread.

So maybe consoles aren't directly to blame, but they do play their part, because lets face it, far more people are likely to play on a Wii or a Xbox or a PS3 than they would on your computer. BUT, why does that mean that PC games must neglected?
Yes there is piracy on Xbox and even PS3, but look how easily it is curbed. Sony releases an update and now the piracy thing is blocked, Microsoft banns chipped consoles from live. How do you do something similar on PC?

yes consolers always argue the upgrading becuase for somepeople it is a problem. When buying the lastest greatest game I dont want to spend an hour installing it, getting my drivers to work before playing the game. I want to put it in the drive and play. Also upgrading is expensive and for many who are not as tech savvy a nightmare. So why wouldn't they want a simpler, easier, straight forward option? There is nothing stopping the pc lover from continually upgrading or spending hours tweaking drivers and settings.

There may be millions of PC gamers but there are also millions of PS3 or Xbox gamers.
Like you and mappy said its a money game. Developers are in it for the money and who can blame them, all the fan praise in the world wont put food on ur table.

Its only PC gamers who think MW2 is utter shite coz IWNET failed. Had the game had dedicated servers would you still be calling it shite?
