    @ tpex, I think FRED was kidding lol (hence the smiley)
    iPod and iPhone apps are exactly alike, lol, these days (even @ iTunes Store) one don't hear about iPod apps, cause both apps are exactly the same

    Exactly, they are the same. But does the ipad need apps specifically designed for them or can they just use iPhone apps.

    If there is one app you should get is the Openfeint app. You get one free game everyday. It takes a little bit of time to load on my iPod. If you are an iPhone user I would recommend you use wifi connection and you won't get the big bill and it is safer then using a phone tower.

    if the port from iphone, they need to be adjusted to full up a bigger screen

    Yes it is bad for you with the radiation levels thats why I mostly use my iPod touch for inside gaming.
