Default LOTRO: Questions for the developer

    Hi guys,

I will shortly be in contact with Turbine LOTRO Producer, Aaron Campbell.

I was wondering if you have any questions about the game and it's development? General questions about LOTRO and more specific stuff about the game in SA are welcome.

I will of course be asking obvious stuff (such as "will we get a server in SA?") but please feel free to post such questions here anyway - I wouldn't want to miss something

You may have already read that the game is adopting a free-to-play model in Europe as of tomorrow (2 November 2010) and this means that SA is officially supported under the EU region.

    1) Kindly ask him when the European servers (Under Codemasters' supervision) will receive forums of equal quality to that of Turbine's US forums. Also, Euro forums do not allow for sigs/armory showcasing of characters in their servers. It's little things, but very irritating in comparison.

    2) Will there be a reshuffling of PvP in the cards anytime soon? Monster-play was a nice concept, but isn't working well in reality. Perhaps Arena teams? With the lack of opposing factions, there's not much in terms of PVP happening in the game, which features very unique classes that could bring SO much to the pvp aspect.

    3) What sort of items/rewards can we expect in the LOTRO store which we're getting points for?

    4) Lastly, will those who bought both Mines of Moria and Mirkwood expansions previously receive backdated rewards that are now available to those purchasing the expansions? (I'm looking at you, ram-mount that cost us a fortune and now just being given out to newlings)

    Good luck James!

Are they going to improve the look of character so you can be more standing out and not look the same most of the time.
