Recommended third person co-op?

Hey folks

I just finished playing through Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks with my girlfriend on the PS2 (I know - it's an old game and old console, but she was keen to play it). I'm looking for another title with similar gameplay - basically a third person action co-op game either for PS2 or PC (or available for download on the PS3 - the disc drive is broken on mine). You guys got any recommendations? New or old - it doesn't matter so long as it's fun.

Thanks man - I'm not a huge Kane & Lynch fan, but haven't played it co-op so that might be sweet. Isn't Gears of War Xbox exclusive still? Or has it been released on other platforms already? Think I might give that a shot or look into Vegas - heard it's a solid series of games..

I have the same issue lately. Nintendo games had awesome 2player co-op. No idea why we even bother with 2 controls for xbox's etc. :/

I'm into RPGs myself, but my gf isn't really. Aside from The Sims, Shaolin Monks is the only game I've known her to be into (busy trying to teach her Dota, but doesn't look like it's gonna be much of a hit). Co-op games are bloody awesome and one of the most fun modes any game can have - it's a pity they don't make them like they used to on older consoles.

Lego Star Wars Theres some nice coop !

Not a shooter I know but you can shoot things at other things.

Oh sweet - didn't realise Guardian of the Light was already out. The co-op in that looks pretty sweet.

I've got Lego Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Batman so will see if she digs those too
