I'm into RPGs myself, but my gf isn't really. Aside from The Sims, Shaolin Monks is the only game I've known her to be into (busy trying to teach her Dota, but doesn't look like it's gonna be much of a hit). Co-op games are bloody awesome and one of the most fun modes any game can have - it's a pity they don't make them like they used to on older consoles.
