The PC gaming platform is not going to die says AMD

Heheh; I almost posted something that would have amounted to console fanboi flaming but instead, I won't. PC rulez!!1! however :P
 
Well... ever since PES was released on the PC, I have had absolutely no need for a console. The only time I would get a console if I really had a hankering for fighting games and had money to burn.
 
PC gaming isn`t dying. TV games died, Consoles are nothing more than pcs built for gaming. Just look what they are evolving into. It`s a shame about the propriety format though.
If I hook my pc into the tv, and plug a controller into the USB you could call it an open platform console.
 
PC is King and will always be around , it might not be as shiny as the PS3 but man can My machine Kick a PS3 ass in terms of well everything ( I own a Ps3 and 360 so this is not Fanboi talk ) and the medium is and will be around for much more time to come .

Hell yeah. We used to have imba PES marathons at a mates house years back. His PC was right next to his TV and it was far better than any console at the time.
 
I own a 360 as well as a gaming pc and there are pros and cons to each platform,but if I ever had to choose between the 2,pc all the way!!!
