With regards to the other games they are busy being populated to the local LIVE service, each game needs to be moved over individually so keep checking they will all be there soon.
I am trying to migrate an account, but do not know how to do it.
The link on the page here, which is supposed to explain how it is done, doesn't work.
Help please?

I found this guide:
My problem is that I cannot find a "My Account" page on my Xbox
- Sign in to Xbox LIVE and go to My Account page
- Click on Account Region
- Select your country
- Follow the steps outlined. Remember to re-download your content to a USB flash drive or your hard drive before continuing
- Read and accept the Terms of Use
- Your account will now be migrated to the LIVE offering in your chosen country
- Select membership level: Silver or Gold
- For Gold membership you will required to enter your billing information
- You are now a member of the official LIVE in South Africa. Congratulations!
