You simply do not get that with any console version of any game what so ever. You sit back on the couch, distanced from the action.

Gaming is about going into a whole other world, and the PC is the only platform that can give the controll and realism that allows your immagination to take off to it's highest. Thats why we PC gamers stick to our platform, but it's getting hard. We are getting less and less game for more and more money. It's not just the patching, buggy games have never bugged me. All I want is content. I want leaning. I want private dedicated servers. I want LAN support. I want to be able to play the singleplayer without having to be online for the whole game. I want to play the game with all it's bugs while the patch downloads in the background. And I want it all from the DVD I picked up off the shelf in the store, I'll even pay over a grand for it all. Almost all of that is usually encoded into the game from the start of development and takes more effort to remove upon releace. Why is that so much to ask?
And you are free to do that. I get all that minus the hassles from Gaming on Console. I dont give 2 ticks about pc gamers sticking to their platform, what does tick me off is when PC guys get pissy and start blaming consoles.
