Being one of the few who's had a pretty much flawless experience so far, I would rate it at a 90. I do feel the the okes who are having trouble with the game. The last thing you want is to spend money on something that doesn't work. I hope Treyarch sorts out the remaining issues asap.
Yeah each time I get my hopes up, something else croaks. It's definitely been the most problematic COD release ever. I've played every single COD game (PC) upon release and I have never run into so many issues EVER. I'm a patient man, but it's wearing kinda thin.
There is another whole massive thread about all this already. Maybe combine the two?
