I heard apparently it uses an interactive weather system, where it gets weather reports online and projects it on the track. So if it rains in Germany IRL, your nurnburgring track will be wet and cloudy as well.

Hey Dudes. Like voiceman said, it was word of mouth so there was a decent chance it could have been wrong.
This looks like a truly awesome racing sim, will def look for it when im in the uk.
