Online connectivity and social networking has caused me nothing but grief. GTA 4 being the prime example with that "Rockstar Social" and WinLive bullshit.

Stuff like that is completely fine, but WHY make it a mandatory part of the game? Why not make it optional for those who just want play, can do exactly that?

Well, it does make it a lot more interactive. Which is cool. Take SC II for example. I erally don't mind, I think it's just the way of the future. The DRM stuff will get better though and the process will become easier. Just be patient

    So I agree.

I Heartedly disagree. While online features such as Co-Op, Multiplayer and online leaderboards will always have their place few things beats a decent single player campaign. Stalker would be shit co-op, as would Dead Space. Some genres are just not meant to be played in a group.

    i disagree aswell.

not everything needs to be online all the time. it's crap concept. but sadly most folks would eat it up.

    Play games, not platforms

You know being online and having to be online is the real difference. If we are given an option, like in Demon's Souls, I have no problem with but trying to force me to be online is where I draw the line.

Oh and BTW Tank I like ur SC2 comment.
