Really? How do you make an FPS so unbalanced that you need to balance it again? Only EA can mange that. Their "Balanace" patches killed C&C:KW online for me at V1.5

Looks like a 500mb patch this time. That's going to hurt the months cap some.I welcome any improvements though.
It is just for the console one.
