PlayStation Home - Your thoughts?

attachment.php

I must say the general idea doesn't really appeal to me.

Ive checked out PS3 Home and its ok I guess... it's just like every other virtual chat with people walking around... you also get to add and remove furniture within the confined spaces of ur "home" but you have to buy stuff which i refuse to waste money on  but it's alright i guess :)

I use home when i have excess bandwith to use, i generally think its cool, i had fun fighting with guy from netherlands and playing pool with a guy from denmark. Also the theatre not bad show you up coming movies and games though there is alot to do i think the way you get places should be updated. I am not talking about the main area i am talking about the extended facilities. As an online community it very much populated and once you learn everything you can its easy to ake you way around. I am also not keen on spending money inside home though my apartment does need a bit of updating, LMAO.

If you have the headset and keyboard add-on then home is easier to use, its basically a massive chat room much like mxit, just with voice and picture with freedom of movement instead of borinng tabs and windows.

I now have a batcave in HOME! Thank You Batman AA, GOTY.

Home is pretty cool when you are very very bored.

Never appealed to me, it's like Second Life with less customization and no porn.

I think that Sony needs to completely overhaul their social connectivity on their console. XBL does a much better job at getting people together.

I've used it a few times and it's been nice to round up people to play other games with, for me that's been GTA IV and Metal Gear Solid 4. Other than that, most of my time on there was taken up by warding off horny 15 year- olds who wanted to take me back to their "homes," and darting dodgy 45 year- old's who kept sending me interesting pictures of themselves.

I haven't been on in a long while...
