Acer SA support is abysmal - please help me

Shame to hear man. I never liked Acer after owning my First Aspire 6920G - was slow and buggered after 6 months, Vista was terrible (but hey, we all know that) Drivers where impossible, and throttling kicked in when I so much as started viewing images - needless to say games where unplayable.
Also - I remember the charger blowing at one point - getting a replacement meant like 5 hours of driving to different shops (and Acer Distro Offices) and a R~1200 pay in.
So yeah - first and Last Acer: My Aspire 6920G. Now used by my 11 year old brother.
